I’ve been taking these ashwagandha pills for a few weeks now and I can honestly say they’ve made a small but noticeable difference in my daily routine. I feel a bit more even-keeled throughout the day and less wired at night, which has helped me fall asleep easier. The capsules are an average size and easy enough to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any strange aftertaste or stomach issues. That said, it’s not a dramatic change or a miracle fix. I still have stressful days, but I think the supplement takes the edge off in a subtle way. The bottle seems like it will last a decent amount of time, and the price feels fair compared to others I looked at. Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a natural option to support stress and sleep, but keep expectations realistic.

They give you energy, keep you calm and less anxious.
This brand is the best Ashwagandha supplement I’ve tried. I have tried many different brands and they didn’t work as well. This brand has given me the most energy and made me feel less anxious. The pill doesn’t upset my stomach and is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have a smell or taste. I have a picture below comparing the pill size to a dime. I’m gluten free and these contain no gluten or preservatives that cause me to break out in hives. I have been using these for 4 months and they have made a huge difference. I have even lost 10 lbs since I started taking these pills. I tried another brand a month ago because I waited until the last minute to order more. The other brand I took did nothing for me. I ended up throwing them out. I highly recommend these.

Great brand
Definitely one of the better brands I have tried. Me and my wife get a good night sleep and our cortisol level has gone down.
