This seems to have only lasted a year...
Battery no longer working at all... after less than a year. Meaning... I unplug my computer and everything dies. You get what you pay for?

Worthwhile Purchasing for Lenovo T400
The seller sent a new replacement battery as the first order they sent had a limited battery life. The second battery the seller sent works tripling the available charge time from the first battery. If in the future I am in need of another battery for one of my laptops, I would not hesitate to purchase another battery from this vendor. It is inexpensive and performs well. The seller quickly responded to the original issue I reported. I am relieved that my laptop is mobile once more.

So far- so good!
It is my first day of using it on my 11 year old Lenovo T400. It works well! Came in charged 50%. 0 previous cycles. Mine was manufactured in August 2019. Lenovo recognized it as Sanyo product, which is a respectable Japanese brand.

With all the different batteries Lenovo uses, this one was peefect.

Fits perfectly and works great
after-market laptop batteries don't always behave exactly as they should. i was pleasantly surprised to find that this battery fits perfectly, the laptop thinks it is a geniuine battery, it runs perfectly, and you can't beat the price (about 1/3 of a name brand replacement). it has taken a long time to find a decent replacement battery, since the laptop manufacturers charge you through the nose for replacements.

It Does The Job Well
I bought this for my T400 which had worn out its old 9-cell battery. The battery feels & fits well, which is always important for a 3rd party battery. Most importantly, it boosted my reported battery life to over 3 hours and has shown no signs of causing system instability like another battery I'd tried this year
