Great shampoo,really does do the job of thickening your hair,however the packaging is poor and leaks shampoo when stood up straight,for this reason ill give it 4 stars

Product arrived damaged
I have used this shampoo before and it is very effective. However, this product arrived damaged (all the shampoo had run out and was everywhere). The top on this product does not close very well and it opened in transit). The company (An American company, apparently) replaced it willingly and the replacement arrived (top sealed with sellotape so it could not open) very promptly.

Really works!
This really does work to thicken the hair where needed. I am definitely impressed as I had radiation therapy many years ago for Hodgkins Disease and the hair in the back of my head came in thin and in some area's it did not grow back at all so it is a continuous problem to cover up the bald/thin spots and this shampoo definitely helps! I highly recommend it!

Great Shampoo and Conditioner
With my hair thinning as I get older, I only use Toppik shampoo and conditioner. They both work really well, and help keep your hair looking a bit fuller, and soft without weighing the hair down. I highly recommend!

Dried my hair out and much more tangled.
When I use this to shampoo my hair, it makes it dry and more tangled. When you have thinning hair you want it to stay on your head, not in the hairbrush after having to work at getting the tangles out. Went back to my regular shampoo, Frutis Garnier, and hair is soft again. Maybe I got a bad batch?
