Better than I thought they'd be. A niggle or two, but still 5 stars.
I was not going to do a review for these, as they are a fairly inexpensive item, but I was so shocked at the quality that I have to give a shout out.First of all, we all know how generic and flimsy the original Grado pads are. Very delicate; I have already replaced them twice before. Knowing how the originals (and many replacements) have a tendency to pull apart and end up getting so loose that they fit like a soiled diaper, my expectations were not too high.I was pleasantly surprised by how airy yet dense the foam is. They fit more snugly than the originals (or the replacements that I have tried). They are VERY comfortable (for me anyway), and I just can't stress enough how nice it is to not have the old loose pads pinned to my ears. That said, I do feel that the overall mix quality suffers some (albeit slightly); I feel like the signature Grado flatness is a little lost. It isn't terrible, but it is noticeable. Especially if you are listening to your mix with pads on, then off for comparison.SO, if you are mixing/mastering, maybe skip the leatherette outer covers. For durability though, and for just listening to music, they should prove to lengthen the lifespan of the foam under pads. If these were my only headphones, and I had to rely on them for mastering, I'd skip the outers for SURE.Since I have 5 other pairs of headphones, and I just use my Grados for listening these days, I will keep the whole double pad thing going. Mainly because it is much easier to keep leatherette clean that it is foam, and I am about 99.999% sure that these won't need replaced anytime soon with both parts installed. They are totally worth the money. For sure. I would recommend these to Grado owners without hesitation.

Look good & are comfortable. Good price
A bit difficult to apply but I did it without damage… a struggle however.

SOULWIT covers give a cooler overall feel. Punchy bass response. Worth the money for sure. 🎧
This SOULWIT will increase the headphone bass response naturally. I have been using GRADO headphones for 5 years now. This is the first time I decided to buy a ear phone cover. I bought it for comfort, not realizing that this little upgrade would naturally enhance the bass tones in my music I am listening to. The comfort is perfect for me. I like a snug ear cup of the GRADO, I don't like the heating up that the GRADO black foam creates while I used it. This SOULWIT cover gives a cooler overall feel. Worth the money for sure. 🎧

The leather cover are a waste.
The leather covers ard to put on and separate part from the yellow foam. I wish they were a little nicer, but I guess okay for the price.

Comfortable pads which are worth a try
Critiquing anything to do with sound quality is almost always highly subjective in nature. Will these improve the sound coming from your pads? Who knows...but for their low price, it likely is worth the effort to find out. I've included pictures of how this item appears (yellow) in relation to other options for Grado. As for me and my 325e model--no, I did not hear any appreciable improvement. Likewise, I did not hear any significant gradation in quality. So it all boils down to spending a few bucks to find out if your ears and brain like what they hear.

It works!
Fit my Grado SR60i perfectly. Need a bit of patience to make sure that it fits nicely.

Just Say No
These pads are very comfortable and, like all replacement Grado pads, are super easy to install. Unfortunately, unless your idea of a good headphone is Beats by Dre, you aren't going to like what these do to the sound. Sure, there's some bass now, but the mids are sucked out to the point where vocals seem like they're a million miles away from the rest of the music, and treble is pulled down so much that these hardly seem like Grados. The open soundstage that Grados are known for collapses to the inside of your head. I'm struggling to say anything good about the change in sound, but there isn't much to say. I'm cycling through my playlist and anything with vocals just sounds so intensely wrong that I can't bear to listen to it.I've tried a lot of different pads in my attempt to make Grados comfortable and so far the Dekoni Custom Velour (not the fenestrated or sheepskin) are my recommendation. They genuinely add sub-bass without bass bloat, and they increase soundstage width by pulling the drivers away from your ears. The cost is slightly lower sensitivity, but since Grados are generally sensitive you should be fine unless you're driving these from a potato battery.

Comfortable!
I have owned some Grado SR80s for decades now. They are awesome.Abou 15 years ago though, the original ear pads degraded and I had to replace them. The cheap knock offs were not as thick and therefore the speaker pushed directly against my ear and was extremely uncomfortable so I honestly hav rarely used these in the last 10 years, which is disappointing because I love them.Saw these new replacements and I was skeptical at first, as I did not want to muddy the sound with a full over speaker ear pad. How could it not affect the sound waves getting to my ears? While I have not given this hours of side by side listening, but after an initial few albums I do believe there is a slight tone down of the highs, specifically to me things like cymbal crashes. However, many people have different taste in their sound, and it’s very nuanced so many listeners may not notice or even mind.In the end, however, these are VERY comfortable. I can actually sit with them on for an hour without my ears aching from being pressed on. So they definitely win there. The sound is still great from these headphones so if you’re looking to change out your aging ear surrounds, these are a definite contender for a low price.A few people mentioned you really have to stretch these to get them on. Yes. But I was expecting a struggle, which it was not. I’ve worked a lot harder getting a tire on a rim. Just firmly pull and work them around and on. No big deal.

Excellent replacement pads.
The pads originally supplied with my Grado SR80 headphones had deteriorated with use and UV-light exposure. These replacement pads fit well and improve comfort.
