I ordered this to replace another that I previously reviewed...and it was a relief. Not only did it stick down solidly, but it's more than strong enough to hold an iPhone X Max. Does exactly what you want it to do...hold your phone rock solid. There's not a huge amount of adjustability, but with careful siting, that's not an issue. I can position the phone where I need it to be, and it's very compact when folded down. 100% improvement on the previous one.
