BT Everyday Cordless Home Phone with Basic Call Blocking and Answering Machine, Quad Handset Pack

This new BT product from amazon EU sarl was defective and ceased to work after 4 .5 months. The return window closed after only 1 month. There is no means of returning the product. I am left with a useless phone system and unable to receive or make calls. The handsets are dead. Although purchased from Amazon, there is no guaratee. This must be in contravention of consumers legal rights. Please please do not buy this product.

Shocking! Useless for older people, poor quality everything. Too light, base slips as phone is put back skirts away, basic should not mean poor quality I had no idea I would end up with something so hard to handle. Please WARN pensioners about this! I was furious when I got an email today telling me about Panasonic Quad set that I might be interested in! That’s what I had, l loved it so that’s WHY I respond to request for review! I’ll never fall into the trap again It was a complete waste of my money. I’m really so upset JUST tell customer what BASIC really means

I liked this phone because it is very neat and straightforward to use, and very pleased with it. The answerphone is very simple to use, with only two buttons, one to listen to the messages, and the other to delete. The phone is also light and compact to hold. Thank you. Sheri

Cheap and cheerful, as you get what you pay for, but had to return them because they didn't have a Handsfree button.

Excellent buy to replace 2 previous BT phones. The additional handset for the kitchen works very well. Would recommend them. Easy to install.A detailed instruction book for the many different functions would be preferable to everything being on-line.

Good little landline but doesn’t have loud speaker so when in a queue have to hold phone to ear.

I wanted a basic phone as the landline is not used often, after reading the reviews for this i thought itvfitted the bill. I am not elderly but find this difficult to use, accessing the menu and phonebook are awkward reading the small screen is very difficult the callers name doesn't stay on screen and if I was an elderly person this would be a problem. I will keep using it for now as I said it is not used heavily but I will be replacing it sooner rather than later.

I should have paid more for a better model. Clarity not good.
