Greatest scraping tool of all time, bar none.

One of the best inventions around, this is my second set.. I got as backup in case they stop making them! It works like nothing else does, to scrape off gunk and does not harm any finish, has to do with the angle of contact and that leads to being able to push, and lift up whatever is stuck on. It is a genius product.. i've used it on every type of surface-floors, stove, pans, tile, and it doesn't scratch or harm anything and works like a charm. I don't think i'd use it on a non stick, but everything else is safe. I have lent it to other people who couldn't believe how this thing works.. Makes a great gift though it's not very glamorous, there is nothing that works as well as this tool. the way it's designed, it seems to allow for serious pushing with 'comfort' and resistance that works on any surface. It would be nice if it had a a way of being hung up, the small one does.. but the large one should have something attached also my husband drilled a hole in the handle and attached a small hook so it can be hung up,

Used it to help scrape off burnt food while cleaning my oven. Worked well, but hard to use a little more force than I thought.

A well conceived and useful gadget. I use it most often to scrape the cooking surfaces of cast iron or French-style carbon steel pans as a first step in cleaning. The scraper easily removes cooked-on bits without damaging the underlying seasoning. Most of the time, a quick rinse and a wipe with a paper towel are enough to leave the pan clean and ready for the next use. The scraper is made from a composite material that feels almost like metal. It is tough enough that I've seen no dulling of the edge after repeated uses. I have also lightly scraped dried deposits from our quartz counter tops. I don't think the scraper is hard enough to scratch the surface, but have used it carefully nonetheless with good results. I have not tried it on glass. The instructions say not to use it on a hot surface, but don't define what is meant by "hot." No issues in using it on a warm pan--probably 200 degrees or less.

This is a simple tool, but it's so handy. Need to help clean something off the glass top range? Use this... Need to scrape food off a dirty pan? Use this. Cleaning junk from the bottom of the bird feeder? Use this and avoid touching the gross stuff at the bottom.Cleaning is simple- just throw it in the dishwasher. I bought one for my brother and for my parents because it's so useful for me.

For years I have been avoiding scraping the adhesive window film off the sliding door, but with this tool, I was successful in removing the adhesive. Was easy on my hands, unlike a razor blade and didn't mar the surface of the frame.

This tool has completely exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I purchased it after reading an online review about its effectiveness at getting older, burned on stains off ceramic stove tops. For a few years now I've been losing a fight against a greasy, black ring that had built up around the largest burner on my cooktop from my husband's popcorn maker that he uses almost every night. (I'd tried just about every commercial product, scrubber, and online suggestion for homemade pastes with ineffective results, BTW.) It took a little work with the Skrapr (and I was liberal with the water) but within ten minutes the black greasy ring was GONE and the burner sparkled like the rest of the stove, no scratches or pitting. In addition to continuing to use it on my ceramic cooktop (as needed, to continue to keep that ring from forming again) with just water and the Skrapr I've easily removed--and with zero scratches--tar and bugs from the paint on my car, foam stickers that my children put on a south-facing window and had become adhered to the glass by the heat of the sun before I discovered them, lime scale from a metal shower door, and pine sap that had dripped onto a favorite outdoor chair. I have not yet used the smaller tool. The larger tool is holding up very well after four months of use and a few trips through the dishwasher, with no dulling or chipping on the blade.

The smaller one already broke. Maybe the larger one is sturdier.

No kitchen should be with out it . It's so awesome. Great for defrosting deep freezer no scratches on the side wall.

This is the second purchase as I loved the first one so much.Highly recommend this product is totally worth the money!

This scraper does a good job on dishes. It would be better if it was slightly flexible.
