Where can I get another copy of the directions for setting the digital

You can find a link to download copy of the instructions at the bottom of the product description on the Incubator Warehouse webpage for this product. You can also contact Incubator Warehouse directly and we can send you the instructions.

How hard/soft do you have to push the buttons to make any changes? All I'm able to do is scroll through the menu, the enter button doesn't do anything

not very hard at all and our enter button works fine. I would contact the seller maybe they sent you a defective one.
