Can I use this on a fibreglass roof?

I use it on everything and it works, not tried on fibreglass but sure it would be fine. I have a white painted house and live by woodland so the walls outside get algae on them and i spray the walls with it in spring and they come back to white so saves painting the walls.

Will it clean a gravstone

I haven't cleaned a gravestone but I have cleaned my stone birdbath with excellent results.
