Great camera
Have had this camera installed for over a year on the solar and it works great! Have almost full att bars on my land which may be the difference compared to other reviews. Great camera, I am buying another because I am so satisfied with it.

Worked good.. Then worked a little...Then stoped working and never worked again...
The camera worked great for about 2 weeks. I was so excited! Then the 3rd week it didn't take pics one day then it did the next day. Then it didn't take pics for 3 weeks in a row. Then it sent 200 random pictures from different days but the pictures didn't have any time stamps. Then quit working for 2 months. Tried everything. New batterys...moved it.. turned it off and on.. New memory card... everything thing that could be done. Tried the customer service. Sat on hold for several hours 2 days in a row. Never git to speak to anyone.After reading several reviews and comments that said it theirs were doing the same thing I decided to give up and just keep it as a 300$ paper weight. I hope one day they will have some software fixs and I can use it again.. also it eats the b atterys up every 3 days. I bought a 12v battery with an attached solar panel to solve that issue.

Easy to set up and use.
It is relatively easy to set up and use. Good picture quality. I wish it would distinguish between the sun shining & creating shadows, and actual animal/people presence and movement. It uses the battery life recording sun shadows. I also wish it had a remote on/off button so it wouldn't record as you approach it to change batteries/retrieve the memory card.

The camera takes the pictures, but the pictures don't get to my phone until 10 hours later. I have tried at least two or three times to contact US retail, and have had no reply

I'm a bit disappointed in the manufacturing and customer service of these cameras
I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed in the manufacturing and customer service of these cameras. In the last few months I've bought 5 of them. That adds up to A LOT of money not incuding the $15 a month after your first free 30 day trial. He's why im disappointed; out of the 5 cameras, one of them, within a week of setting it up needed a firmware update which included uploading a software update onto an SD card then inserting into the camera and waiting for it to upload. No big deal since the camera was in my backyard. Now a second camera started to omit the time and date stamp on the pictures. I called customer service again only to be told that this one needs a firmware update too. No big deal? Well this one is an hour and a half away, a 3 hour round trip to update their firmware in the middle of hunting season! Why are they selling cameras that need to be updated within a few months (or less) of purchase?! It's just inconvenient. When I explained this to the customer service representative he said "what do you want me to tell you?". The picture quality is good which is why i gave it 2 stars. Research other cameras before buying this one.

Poor Quality Control
I bought my first Spypoint camera in 2016 and I have had nothing but problems with them. They work for a while and then start to malfunction. I have two Link-EVO cameras and I have had to have both of them replaced. I bought a Link Micro back in the summer hoping that Spypoint had got their act together but the IR flash on that camera malfunctioned and I had to get it replaced in the middle of the hunting season. If you want to get a good value for the money on a cellular camera then I recommend the SteathCam cellular cameras. They are much higher quality and very reliable. I have two that have worked very well for me so far.

I was surprised at easy it was to set up
Yes I received my Spypoint LINK_EVO quicker and expected. When I first opened it. I was surprised at easy it was to set up. and get going. it took me a liitle while to get it to send the pics to my phone. but now it works great just in time cause hunting is right around the corner. cant wait to see how the turkeys lookon camera. Thank you very much.

Works good!
Pulled it out of the box, logged into my account and put batteries in and it worked. Camera is mint! Very sensitive motion detector even on low. Quick response from photo to my app

Don't buy one if you are in the UK
This is the 2nd of these cameras I have ordered. It ships to the UK with a "truphone" sim card and the device is locked to this provider just like a contract mobile phone. Despite many location changes in an attemp to connect to the network (vodafone in the UK) it would not connect. Like the first one I bought, several re set procedures aided by a helpful customer services dept it would not connect to Vodafone in the UK.

Never connects to cell service
I have never been able to get decent cell connection with this product even though our other cellular devices connect easily in the same location. I bought 2 of these. The first one I returned. The second one didn't work any better and unfortunately I missed the deadline to send it back. I use it as a non-cellular camera which is frustrating because the property is inaccessible for most of the winter.
