Excellent Product
I read in a medical journal that the combination of both blue and red light worked better than one color alone. From the reports I have read, there is no question that LED blue and red works best to improve circulation and skin conditions. I ordered a similar light designed as a plant growth light, and it works fantastically. I have my plants in my basement which is not heated, and yet with the light they are flourishing as if summer.To say the least, I am impressed with this light as well as my growth light and highly recommend them both.

No instructions
I’m not sure how to use this. It didn’t come with instructions. I tried to look on their account online like it says but I couldn’t find the info there either.

don't waste your money if you have eczema
Do not buy this for eczema. It does nothing. Used it for nearly a month, every day, at last an hour a day.It did nothing for the flare up on my palm.Back to alternating hemp oil, coconut oil and a very strong steroid ointment.
