Waterfall Park

Extremely fun. I played this a bunch of times with friends and we are always up for it. I primarily purchased this to get the negotiating aspect of monopoly, and it fully meets my expectations. The board is very smartly designed and the pieces fit together nicely. Only minor gripe is when you have to transfer location ownership and clean up.

I love this game! It's easy to learn, easy to teach, and easy to play. Even though it's a great choice for casual players, the open ended game mechanic of being able to trade anything for anything gives it potential depth for more serious board gamers. Also, it's the best game in our collection for a quick game with 5 players other than 6 Nimmt and Ra. Monopoly pretends to be a real estate trading game, but this is the real thing.

A great game for a few people and not too difficult to learn!

It's Chinatown but with about 5% of the gameplay changed for the better. Significantly less "you gotta make this one deal to have a chance at winning and the person is going to charge you a leg for one tile" moments, also about 20 minutes shorter The theme is colorful and it's actually in stock unlike the original with its $100ish dollar price on ebay at the time. One minor complaint is that the attraction tiles no longer have the name of the attraction on them, again it's minor.

Best game we’ve played in years. We play lots of card games as a family - 3 teenagers but 1 is rarely interested and as Mum I facilitate playing rather than enjoy playing. This game is a delight. Super simple rules, everyone plays all the time so no boring turn taking and it’s actually enjoyable to play. Just the right mix of luck and negotiation skill. The teen who never likes to play asked for it this week so I know this one will have longevity in our house. For reference other games with longevity in our house are Monopoly Deal; Happy Salmon; Six Second scribble; Hues & Cues. The game is a beautiful design and the pieces are made out of weighty card so won’t damage easily.

Great replay. Good for whole family when you get the hang of it.

A friend introduced me to the game Chinatown recently and I absolutely loved it. There were a few things that needed improving with Chinatown sure. But I'd go as far to say it's my favourite game ever. When I tried to purchase a copy and realised it was no longer made, I was gutted. Until I found out that they'd rebranded and made changes to Chinatown and now sold it as Waterfall Park. So the scoring and money has been improved. I quite like the addition of plastic frames rather than counters to show ownership (though theyre tricky to lift up without moving a whole load of them) I like the markings on the board for scoring and for advising on how many cards etc each round. Way nicer than the tiny print cards in Chinatown. 2 sets of each business is good. Business cards aren't as good as chinatown but that's a minor niggle. I was hoping that the game would be made bigger and longer as Chinatown always felt like it needed one more round and extra property squares. They've done the opposite though. Less squares. Less businesses. Only 4 rounds. Bit of a shame as the game is now way too quick. Overall, it's still a brilliant game. I just wish it wasn't so quick. Would definitely recommend for every family's game collection
