I'll preface this by saying that I work from home on a regular basis, so a good office chair is a must for me. For the past few years, I've been using a more basic chair that just adjusts by going up/down or having the backrest tilt. It's been fine, not bad, but as I've been working from home more, I thought I'd try out another chair that has more adjustability.I was not disappointed.Here's my full review after using it for a little over a week on a daily basis for 5–10 hours a day:ASSEMBLY - 5/5Super easy to set up. After unpacking the disassembled chair (about 5 minutes) and removing everything from its plastic packaging (3 minutes), I was able to follow the very well-written English instructions with detailed pictures and assemble the entire chair in about 20 minutes from start to finish. All the pieces are easily distinguishable and simple to put together.USE, COMFORT, and ADJUSTABILITY - 5/5This chair is comfortable! The cushion feels more padded than my prior $100~ chair.I also love just how many options you really have on this thing. I just assumed that you could really only adjust a chair in a few ways. This chair proved me wrong. Not only does the instruction manual detail all the ways you can tweak and adjust the chair, but it's also fairly easy to figure out intuitively.The lumbar support is great. You can move the little slider I show in one of the pictures up and down to get the lumbar support to be exactly where you need it for your back. Even the back piece of the chair has 3 different placement options you can choose from when setting it up (and pretty easy to adjust if you need to after setup) and it feels really good on my back now.You can adjust the tilt of the whole back piece.There is a headrest which you can raise and lower and tilt as well to your needs.You can adjust the pressure in the back piece using the orange knob.You can of course raise and lower the whole chair.The arms can be raised, lowered, and moved forward and back, and titled in or out.It is genuinely a lot more comfortable than the good chair I used to have, and on top of that, it forces me to sit up straighter and have better posture once I get the settings to where I need them to be (of course I'm sure it would let you slouch if you wanted, but I don't want that). I just really like how customizable this is and how good it feels on my back. Much needed for someone who's at my desk at home all day much of the week!EXTRAI hopefully won't need it, but the instruction manual indicates that it does come with a 3 year warranty (which includes free part replacements if needed). And after the 3 year warranty, there's a 7 additional year limited warranty which will ship you free replacement parts if you pay for shipping. That seems pretty reasonable to me—and I like products that have a strong warranty because it tells you the manufacturer stands by their product.

In addition to working from home, I also fancy myself a bit of a PC gamer... so I find myself sitting at my desk a lot more than I should, to the point at which it is surely not healthy!As of this moment I have owned this chair for 8 months.The older chair I replaced with this one was somewhat similar in design, with the mesh back and somewhat-adjustable lumbar support, headrest, and armrests... but this chair takes that lumbar support to a whole new level! It was odd at first, that big spring in the back, but I quickly became accustomed to it and my back rarely ever hurts while sitting now.I initially thought the headrest was too far back, like it didn't hold my head up/forward enough, but after 8 months I can honestly say that my neck has never hurt either, something I couldn't say with my previous chair.The armrests are solid, easily adjustable, although the tops of them are not very cushy. I don't mind though as I would rather have hard armrest tops as opposed to soft, faux leather type... which crack and fall apart in a few months time.*However, the height adjustment locking mechanism of the left armrest seems to have failed, the armrest doesn't stay in a raised position. At the same time as writing this review, I have contacted the seller/support with a warranty inquiry, in hopes they will replace said armrest. I will edit/update my review once this has been resolved or not. I don't make a habit of adjusting my armrests often and usually have them in the absolute lowest position anyways, below even the lowest 'click'.**UPDATE: It only ~30 minutes to receive a response from their customer support once I submitted a message to them via Amazon, they were quick to offer replacement armrests, provided me with a tracking number as soon as it was available, and ultimately sent me a four whole new pairs of armrests! From start to finish, it took 6 days. That's pretty darn good IMO, I don't think I've ever had a warranty claim for anything, ever, go that smoothly!I was also initially worried that the headrest felt a little flimsy, but it's a headrest for a desk chair, not a headrest in a jet plane or roller coaster, it's not meant to endure excessive force. It has however held up just fine so far and I'm sure it will last for quite a while, provided I don't 'manhandle' the whole chair by the headrest nor drape anything heavy over the headrest.The gas cylinder has also not caused any issues, it holds it's position quite well, and I DO raise and lower my seat height a couple times per day!As I mentioned first, I sit a lot. I was hoping the seat cushion would last longer... but, I am what you could consider to be "the exception, not the rule". I never hold this against a chair manufacturer though as there really is no such thing as a seat cushion that lasts! I sit more than any chair was designed for, and it's literally impossible to make a seat 'cushion' that lasts. Also, I'm not a big-big man, I'm ~180lbs at best. I just sit too much.Assembly was... assembly. I honestly don't know how to rate this experience, and I don't mean to come off as arrogant, I'm just... mechanically inclined, or a "jack of all trades but master of none" types.All in all, it's a good chair, and not just a good chair because of the price.. but a good chair all around. The chair has been holding up nicely, aside from the armrest (and seat cushion, which again isn't their fault really).If I had to, I would likely buy it again! This is one of those chairs that... when it eventually comes time to be replaced, I'll have a very hard time finding an equal replacement!
