2014 F-150 with the 5.0. | 74k mileage As expected from anything K&N, great build quality and overall feels like a solid product. I installed this and did a little cleaning of the throttle body and intake manifold. And from the looks of it, it was definitely needed and will be worth it. Installation was fairly easy and straightforward. The documentation they provide is for a 2015+ F-150 5.0 engine bay. The battery box is angled differently, so routing the lines aren’t exact to the diagram. I had to remove the intake manifold nub/bong or whatever it’s called in order for it click connected. It was too tight with the hose ends and the angle it needed to click in place. You’ll see, and it’s easy to remove, click connect and screw back in place. I plan on installing one on any vehicle I have in the future as well, and will check to see if K&N offers one for it.

This was super easy to install and came with everything you need. The metal is great quality, the threads are done well and the hoses are better quality than what comes from the factory. I live in a semi cold area that gets down to the 10s and 20s and this catches a fair amount of blow by. I mounted the mount to the battery holder and its been a perfect location for it.

Catch can seems well built. Mount seems well made. The hoses are OEM quality, just bit too long for my 2020 F150. Hardware that holds the catch can to the mount stripped out. So I made it mount another way. We will see how well it works in the next few months. The 6 oz capacity seems very nice.

Fits like a glove, easy to install, 30 minutes or so. It mounts to the battery tray, the hoses are well made and connected perfectly. Hoses right length with no extra hanging loose like on generic brands. Painted semi flat black that matches the engine bay as well as the K&N cold air intake I have. It's sorta expensive for what it does but with direct injection fuel delivery it's a real precaution to consider not having one.

Easy to put together & install. Ford 5.0 F150

Sturdy solid aluminum catch can design. Easy to follow installation instructions with the premade hoses, however the hose from the valve cover to the catch can was a little short on my 2014 F-150 Ecoboost if I want to keep the OEM engine cover. This especially true with the angle of the provided fitting. I had to get a longer length of vacuum hose and reused the OEM fitting to route hose correctly. If you don't care about the engine cover, the supplied parts will work fine. Performance is as expected, and I've caught enough oil to know it won't be caking up the throttle valve.

Needed this long ago. This is PCV passenger side. I like it . Easy installation. Be nice if they had the CCV driver side to keep the intercooler clean.

Good manufacturing with quality finish. Worth paying the extra compared to many on the market knowing the tubes and connections are original manufacturers standards and fit my 2022 F150 perfectly . The installation went as easy as demonstrated on YouTube clips and it’s the first time I’ve ever worked on a vehicle.
