BESTVA Reflector Series 1200W COB LED Grow Light Full Spectrum Grow Lamp for Hydroponic Indoor Plants Veg and Flower (4 Dim Infrared Rays)

Initial reaction when i recieved the 1200w bestva is its very sturdy led light. It is very bright and the typical hmmm from the fans does not bother me. But if i was inexperienced with using lights for growing plants indoors would throw you off the bloom and veg switch is backwards. Bloom should be red and veg blue I dont know if the manufacturer messed up in the build process but I just hung the lamp and plugged it in and they do work just things are backwards.I also did not know there was a daisy chain plug on this unit whoch is a plus plus on my end I gave it three stars but will update after a month of flowering and see how it does.Update after 1 week. 3 stars to 5 stars plants thriving underneath this light. Customer service has been wonderful the switches on my unit are backwards but they have refunded me 15 dollars I did not ask. I even ordered another one I want to completely get rid of my hps lights to go all led but will need to buy 2 more to cover the area I need so I will be purchasing more in the future. I am oddly surprised at how well these amazon products actually work haha. This thing is phenomenal!!! It has a bloom and a veg setting and it is EXTREMELY bright so you will need some glasses for sure!!! Over all I am very happy with this light and how it works for my plants.

UPDATE: I purchased this light and left the below review. It was mid-range and while not stellar honest and fair. A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by a person "William" letting me know that they would send me another unit for "free" IF AND AFTER I changed the below review to 5 stars. The email had a strong look of a phishing scam, wanting my name, address, phone number and so forth. There was no company identification, no last name, and a repeated request to "trust me" by the sender and very awkward English in the email. After a push back from me, the sender acknowledged he was in China, but still would not give me the name/address of the actual company or his real name. I refused to send personal information as that should have been part of the Amazon transaction and I can be reached through Amazon. BEWARE, this company is buying their positive reviews.ORIGINAL: The light is ok and plants seem to be growing fine with it. What doesn’t thrill me are a couple aspects of the unit: 1) light glows purple. It’s just weird. I am not growing medicinal plants, just starting vegetables.Think I would have preferred a white led light rather than ones that remind me of black lights. Plus, it makes it difficult to gauge plant health because plant color is not true. 2) related to the above, the unit has a decorative cutout of a cannabis leaf. I could have done without that. 3) I have not figured out how to easily adjust distance from plants. Hangs too close or too far with insufficient adjustment options. 4) finally the description says it throws good light 4’. I’m not getting that. Decent light for maybe 36” at top end. I need to move things around daily to avoid plant bends as they seek more light.

I had this light for a little over a year and one side of the light stopped working. I sent a pic of the light to bestva and had a free replacement light 5 days later with no problems customer service is 5 star. I had different lights from other companies in this price range and they can't compare.If you want a quality built light with a 3 year warrenty at a great price Bestva is the one.I love the light I got this 1200 and I got the bestva 2000 and I think I made the right choice they seem well made for the money with quiet fans that I love. The only downfall was no instructions for the adjustable hangers but a email to bestva and I got instructional pics back in 15 minutes.I just got the bestva 2000 reflective series. I have not hug it yet but its a nice heave light

Yep two replaced my 600 watt HPS bulbs. SO much less heat. My air conditioned flower room barely ever needs the AC anymore. It’s all automatic but before my AC was on the entire time lamps are on. Getting rid of my HPS system and having the ac come on 90% less saved me $100 on my first power bill. Not to mention the plants....they are thriving! Thriving! Get these friends they are solid.!! They are cooled with 4 built in fans. And they are FREAKING BRIGHT!

I purchased the BestVA Elite 1200W and 2000W for my 4' x 4' grow tent. Both lights shipped lightning fast and were packaged well and the build quality is much better than I expected from such a cheap light! So far I'm vegging 4 small autoflowers with the 1200W light and am very impressed. Light output is excellent! The lenses on the Elite series do a good job of focusing more intense light in a small area. The 1200W covers about 3' x 3' at 36"; perfect for my current setup with young plants, although I'd be more comfortable with only 2 plants if I were using the 1200W through my entire grow. Once my plants get a bit bigger the 2000W should cover the entirety of my 4' x 4' space.Future plans are for the 2000W to be dedicated to the 4' x 4' tent with the 1200W being used for a one or two plant micro-grow and potentially breeding. Very happy with my purchase and I anticipate being able to use the lights for a few years before I outgrow them!

I bought the retired "BESTVA Reflector Series 1200W COB LED Grow Light Full Spectrum Grow Lamp" and after a year, one of the fans started making noise. I emailed support about the 3-year warranty offered, and I was offered a newer model as a replacement, as this one's been discontinued. Now, I certainly could have taken that ran, then replaced the fan and had two, but I couldn't see the point in hurting a small business, so instead I opted for the fan replacement. Instead of simply sending me a fan, they are sending a four-fan replacement kits which includes the power supplies too. I have to say, I've had some warranty issues with Amazon products, but not this one. These guys are great.Not to mention, my harvest was fine, so I'd say the light lived up to it's promises in every way.I would not hesitate to buy from Bestva in the future.

This light has so far been better than my expectations. It runs dead quiet and the fans keep it cool always. I heard from many people before i purchased an LED light that it wasn't a good choice and I should stick with MH/HPS. In my opinion, my plants are responding better so do not listen to these people and try for yourself. This light is true full spectrum so don't listen to the "Theres no white light so its not full spectrum... mahhhhhhh" either.Update: I had an issue at 3 months use with one sides blue light, it quit working. I got a hold of Bestva and William assisted me. He was very understanding and helpful and he solved my issue completely. I still recommend Bestva

Its bright got a nice orange, to go with my purple kind k450. If its lifetime is similar to the claimed 100k hours. It would be preferd over the kind for price point. Roughly 1 canadian dollar per actual watt. However the 1200w? why even put that number anywhere on this product ? Even tho its obviously not true. Comon guys it makes me question every claim. and was the reason i almost didnt buy this light. but i didnt expect 1200 cause the actual draw is the most telling. The lights stay on dim when turned off. However a timer witch is needed anyways remedies this. However it also raises a quality concern. Time will tell thats why i bought 1 not 5. Will update if my experience sours.

I have now been using the 1200w in a 2x4 tent for 7 weeks and the results are fantastic. I find the suggested heights are close but you have to tweak by an inch here or 2 there depending on the plant development. I'll most likely be replacing the HPS in my large tent with the 2000w. Dont need to keep my reservoir outside either just wrapped it in mylar. I also run both modes 18/6 and dont notice it on the bill

Just an incredibly built light. I currently own 4 of the 1200w reflector series lights in a 5x5x7 grow tent. I have a 6" exhaust fan and a 4" intake fan, both running at full speed with all lights operational. I always have both veg and flower switched on. I start with one light and add lights as the plants get bigger and require more light. With the system running at full capacity with 4 large plants, the inside temp just hits 30°c. It is not too hot as long as the plants are at least a foot and a half away from the lights, I only have the one purple kush slightly foxtailing, but that is because it grew a little tall. Overall, very pleased with these lights and have no regrets buying 4 of them, and they were quite reasonably priced for the quality you will get. Would highly recommend to anybody with a smaller tent and just looking to get started!

Arrived with only half of the "Veg" mode lights working as can be seen in my pics. Contacted customer support and they took care of me. Everything works perfectly!
