Speck Products Presidio Grip Cell Phone Case for iPhone XS/iPhone X - Mars RED/Velvet RED

Just received this case today so time will be the judge of its durability. So far it seems comfortable and does make the phone much easier to hold due to the ridged sides, which for me is better than a smooth-sided case. I have used Speck products before and been satisfied with their performance.

Fit my X nicely. I like the grip feel. No complaints. I like it better than my lifeproof case. Looks like it would last longer. No thin rubber edges to wear away like the LP cases.

I purchased this for my wife, and she is pretty disappointed that her pop socket will not stay stuck to this case on the back.

I love this case. The red is a perfect fit for me! It is slip resistant and very durable!

I saw this on my salesman at AT&T in another color -- and really liked it. When I saw it in red -- it was just perfect!

The product is great. I've had speck cases on a lot of previous phones and I know that it will keep my phone protected from my clumsy self. The grey looks great.

the buttons on the case activate the buttons on the phone very well and better than other cases.

Best case iPhone X

I am updating my review after Amazon re-sent me a new case immediately after I asked my product to be returned.This case looks and feels amazing in the hand. I have a lot of different cases for my iPhone but most of them are dark and I wanted to try out something new. The velvet red colour is eye catching and looks exactly like the pictures.Compared to all the other cases I have, this case has the best grip on it. I don't have to worry about holding and using my phone with one hand when I am using this case. It also feels a soft around around which makes it a pleasure to hold.I am taking away 1 star because of the lip raise. I bought this case because Speck advertise that the phone can withstand a beating from a 10ft drop. I wanted to be sure that when my kids have my phone in their hands and it drops, that nothing will happen to it. I am confident that the sides and the back can take a beating. However, I am not sure about the screen being intact after being dropped face first on an impact. The reason being is that the lip on the front is not raised high enough.However, I am keeping this case because it looks and feels great and I am sure it can easily withstand drops on the sides and the back. I highly recommend this product to anyone.Thank you again Amazon for taking care of the situation I had with this case earlier.

The Presidio Grip feels like a dream in the hand - it's textures transits between its hard shell and the rubberized ridges. It does not feel greasy after prolonged handling / coming in contact with sweat. I've used other brands and I'll be honest; there is no other case which feels quite like the Presidio Grip.The case is compatible with wireless charging Buttons are tactile and soft to the touch. Cut-outs at the bottom are precise and does not interfere with third party chargers / USB cables. The cut-out however at the mute / sound toggle is misaligned - no deal breaker though.No issues holding my phone to view content for hours as the case is rather lightweight, even for a protective case - which tends to be on the bulkier side.The polycarbonate hardshell is elevated to protect the camera , as well as the Iphone XS' glassback against drops. Inside the case, there are air pockets designed to absorb shock. The exterior bezels are also raised for frontal protection, but I won't risk using this case without a screen protector.The Presidio Grip adds presence to my device without being too overbearing. It's matte finishing is understated yet beautiful.There are many colour options to choose from, so pick your poison.The Presidio Grip shines against other cases in the mid-protective range. While it is not the toughest case out there, it doesn't have to. Being an office-dweller, I won't be needing a brick to protect my device.Day-to-day usage is comfortable, and despite the ridges, the case fits in and out of the pocket without much trouble.You may just end up enjoying the Presidio Grip as much as I do.Use this case in good health.PS : At the time of writing, the author is moments away from expecting yet another Presidio Grip delivery by the courier.
