I had several candles that didn't burn all the way to the bottom and I didn't want to just throw away and waste my money, so I found this kit. There are several wicks and several sizes of wicks already attached to little feet, wick stablizers, and adhesive to hold the wick to the bottom of a jar. I've had some fun melting down candles and getting to use the colors and fragrances again! It's so easy. I've had several layers in one reused jars, so I can color coordinate if I want. I feel so accomplished at saving money, at the same time getting to take in the aroma of favorite fragrances.

These are Very durable wicks that burn slow and stay lit.

I am new to candle making, and I was having trouble getting the wick properly positioned so that the candle wax would burn steadily and evenly. These wicks really helped me learn the right way to set the wicks! I am off and running now with a delightful new hobby!

I had bought a few pullout candles with removable wicks. I guess I had left them out for too long and they became weak and soft. I struggled to slide them back in but, they would only go in halfway then bend. Frustrating. I bought these since they offered them in assorted lengths for smaller votives to longer and 7 day candle lengths and they worked beautifully. Happy I got this.

These kits are cute and well put together. The problem with them is that the items (the wicks in particular) are the cheapest and they don't work well. My candles did not smell AT ALL. Using all candle making instructions - pouring temp, fragrance %, fragrance temp, etc. The wicks are so cheap that the candle smells like smoke instead of fragrance.

Makes too much smoke needs more wax coating or something don’t buy these if you’re making home candles. Outside only
