Outback BBQ Cover for Combi 4 Burner Gas and Charcoal Barbecue

I used this cover on my Outback BBQ. Unfortunately the brand new BBQ started rusting after only 3 months to the point that the gas burners rusted off making the BBQ unusable. When I spoke to the Outback customer service, they told me it was my fault and the cover should be taken off in the rain. This is not mentioned in the instructions.My previous Outback BBQ fell apart as some of it was made of wood which also rotted.I can't stand Outback, neither their products or customer service are any good.Will definitely not buy anything from Outback again.

Can get cheaper non branded covers to fit but this is a top quality cover which is what we wanted as the combi bbq's are not cheap and it will be kept outdoors all year round so we need to look after it! Cover, although heavy, has blown off in strong winds. It has velco tapes at either end but they were not quite enough to hold it on overnight. That said, easy fix, we weighed one end down with the gas bottle and the other end is secured on with a bungy.

My error ordered cover that was too big , sent email requesting could I change for smaller one of correct size , no reply so stuck with cover too big , not impressed with supplier , have bought one of correct size from another supplier, must add that the quality of cover is excellent

I have 4 burner but Should of ordered small size - my fault should have measured bbq first

Good quality product fits over my Duel Gas and Charcoal Bbq from ASDA. This is quite large so probably could have done with a smaller one
