Brooks Men's Trace Running Shoe

Fantastic running and walking shoes. I've had umpteen pairs of Ghosts over the past decade. They last about 3 to 6 months (300 mikes or so, I find.) Never give you a blister. Wearable for hard walking and running right out of the box. Buy them, your feet are too important to go cheap.

Brooks Ghosts do not disappoint. As always they are comfortable and great to run in. The colours are fabulous too. I run a lot and they are always heard wearing as well. I buy a size bigger than my normal shoe so there is plenty of room

Bought these for my brother as I have a pair and love them! He's running iron man so needs good trainers. These are an excellent choice but if you're going to run really long distances like a marathon or if you have a tendancy to run on the inside or outside of your feet for example If your knees tend to turn inwards when you run then I recommend that you get the brooks adrenaline gts (gts stands for go to stability) as they provide more stability and support to your knees and joints so makes it easier to run. My bro has these plus the adrenalines and that's a good way to go I would say. Overall recommend

Pretty good shoes for walking. I have an Achilles problem and they seem to help.

To have the combination of comfort and excellent support I find I quite rare. I have slim feet and this narrow size option made it a perfect fit. This is the second pair of Brooks Ghost trainers I have bought and I can’t recommend them enough!

I never give reviews, been an Amazon shopper for several years but these running shoes made me want to write an update - If your 50+, still want to run on the road and need a wider shoe get these, they are great, I now sprint the last 1/4 mile of a 3.5 mile jog and I just feel like I can lift of the ground with these runners. They are the best pair I have owned, been a runner for 4 years now and bought the usual stuff (insert name here) around 90 Pounds a pair but now spent a little bit more and the difference is huge. Do it, you won't regret it.

I have used Brooks for many years, I found the Ghost model about 3 shoes ago and I have never gone back. The shoes are perfect for my running form and definitely do away with potential knee issues. I don't need ultra light shoes for speed, I need and get comfort for running at a pace that suits my age, 64, rock on many more years with the help of Brooks.

I am 56 and run 12 miles a week. I prefer road running and have always chosen running shoes with 'Flytefoam' or gel. I tried these due to good reviews. These are not 'spongy' and give excellent cushioning for the road.At this price point they are superb road shoe for a novice like me.They took about 50 miles to 'break in' but I would highly recommend them.
