I like these lights mostly because they are battery powered, lightweight, and waterproof.When I first took them out of the box, I be was shocked at how tiny the bulbs were and how thin the wire is. I want even sure if what I had was the lights or part of how it received power.Turned out the thin wire are the lights. When I powered them on, they gave off for light and the length is generousThere a button on the battery case to control the lights but it also comes with a remote with a button for each lighting mode, on/off and dimmningThe bulbs are set to one color, meaning a green light will never be a different color in that position. Every time that bulb lights up, it will remain greenIt's just something I've noticed and think it'll be better and allow more patterns if the bulbs' colors would change.

These multicolor, battery operated fairy lights are perfect for our daughter's birthday party! The lights are nice and bright; the wire string is silver, which is perfect, since you can't really see the wire. They have a timer, and 8 different modes to choose from. The four light packs and remotes came neatly packaged.

I've been looking for something like this for quite some time. I needed both the battery operated AND remote control plus it needed to fit inside this little lamp. Happy to say these work great. I will be using the rest in the holiday wreaths. Great product overall.

The media could not be loaded.  These are great fairy lights. The different lighting options is really fun, and they are conveniently listed on the battery pack. You can either keep clicking the button on the battery pack until you reach the option you want, or you can just click the number you want on the remote. I tested all of my lights and they all work. The remote works great too. The battery packs take a lot of batteries, but that is the only downside.
