The first unit I ordered had accessories missing. Returned and exchanged for a second unit the same day. Second unit was installed by a professional shop on my motorcycle. It worked beautifully for a couple of weeks until the screen went dark. I always mounted it correctly, tightening the screw on the back for secure power delivery.It stopped working a couple weeks after the return window closed, so I contacted the seller for their warranty. The Seller has given me the run-around for over a week now. Their responses are non-sensical and they do not stand behind their product.This unit is sold by different vendors here on Amazon, I would suggest staying away from this one.Amazon's customer service initially offered me a gift card for $40 but have since changed their stance and will be refunding me the full amount. Thanks Amazon for making an unpleasant experience good in the end!

I bought this product with the expectation of connecting my iPhone with CarPlay and having google maps for my bike. it completely fulfilled that expectation. Wireless CarPlay takes about 20 seconds to connect to my phone and works very well.Native OS is, however, bad. No one should expect an OS that will easily allow to carry MP3 songs or videos in a micro SD card, though it can do that in paper, it's not very sooth. Your expectation should be limited to CarPlay or android auto.
