This is an excellent product as an add-in for baked goods. The flavor is great and the syrup level is perfect. Another good feature is when I need a finer chop, it is easily accomplished with the Cuisinart food processor: some of the other brands will gum up when this is done.

I opened my package to find the product container damaged and product loose in the shipping pouch. I know since it’s a food item it can’t be returned and the product itself is fine. I think the container needs to be a little heavier or it needs to ship in a box for better protection.

no color, bland taste

The cubed candied lemon tastes bad and texture was bad. It doesn’t taste like lemon and kind of tastes like soap. I couldn’t use it and just had to toss it all. I have tried the same brand of candied lemon but the strips and those are good. Buy those instead and cut into cubes yourself.
