Received this bundle in timely manner in two packages. They were both extremely well packaged. I haven't used the solar panel yet but look forward to using it. The solar panel in the bundle contained the necessary solar connection cable for the Anker Solix C 1000 and everything documented as being with the solar panel was present. Everything else listed was in the Anker Solix c 1000 box to charge it and to connect solar panels as described. The Anker Solix C 1000 charged quickly and has been working well when I'm testing it . I don't have long- term use information yet. I will edit if anything changes with the quality of the solar power station which I don't anticipate. I'm quite impressed with it so far. The size and handles make it easy to move from one location to another. I plan to use this possibly with longer term off -grid camping and with power outages I don't want to connect to a duel fuel generator. It did work with our refrigerator when testing. It does not show the wattage if something is below 20 watts when charging so don't be concerned about not seeing how much power is being utilized and how much time is available to charge something at the lower wattage. The seller was very responsive in a timely manner prior to my ordering this and after ordering with questions I had. I was readily provided with a tracking number for the solar panel in the bundle as only one tracking number shows when a bundle is ordered. I've had good experiences with Anker power banks so wanted to try this device instead of another brand that was heavier or had more negative reviews about customer service.

Im very happy with this. I have not used the Solar panels enough to be able to review them (and to be honest I think I need an additional pair) but the power station is incredible. I use it for my CPAP at night while camping. My wife has a fan plugged into it right now. The USB outlets and the 115v outlets have been used the most. Im so very pleased with this thing. Everything I have purchased from Anker has been top quality. Highly Recommended.

We had this for one week before we lost power due to a thunderstorm. It ran the AC unit and a light without any issues during the 4 hours we didn't have power. I then charged it the next day with the solar panel that it came with.

This is the best solution for power while camping. We ran lights in a cabin all evening. Then ran a microwave in the morning for breakfast, and only 28% of the battery was used. I plugged in the solar panels after breakfast, and it was fully charged by lunch. No noise, no gas cans, just power. Then just connect the solar panels during the day and recharge. Anker customer service is the best. Anker offers a 30-day price match. I purchased this a few days before a $50 price reduction. I contacted them and provided my invoice. I was refunded the $50 immediately. This is the 3rd Anker product I own and have not been disappointed by any of them.

Do yourself a favor and get a higher watt panel if you plan to use solar as primary recharge. The 100w panel will take days to charge this generator. Disappointing.

Absolutely love this Anker Solix C1000 solar generator! . My husband has a sleep apnea machine and we camp at a non electric site. This Anker Solix C1000 generator works perfectly to power his CPAP unit. We initially used the AC ports to plug his unit in and the first night it used 17% of the battery power. We initially purchased this unit intending on only using it for his CPAP unit but I’ve been using it for other electrical devices. The second night the power station had 54% remaining power which I thought was plenty of power to run the CPAP for a second night but apparently the power station turned off in the middle of the night. I was very disappointed but after researching what might of caused this issue I discovered his CPAP unit has a heated humidifier which at a certain point caused the power station’s safety system to turn itself off. I purchased a DC car style adapter specifically for the CPAP system and no more issues. The first night ( depending on hours of sleep) the unit only used 9% of battery charge. At full charge and DC adapter, according to the power station front panel, my husband should have a run time on his sleep apnea machine of over 60 hours! We use this machine to run our camper tv, small 5 cup coffee machine , electric cooler and yes my hair dryer too 😊. Our main intention was only to run his CPAP machine but honestly I know even after camping season is over I can see using this unit at home too especially during power outages. Weight: not overall heavy to manage. Size: tucks away nicely in a closet or can set on a cupboard for ease of use.
