Are they actually good for running?

I have never had them slip by walking fast. I am not a runner. I wear Hoka running shoes all the time and no sock problem.

which socks short socks come in size 9-11? when I put them up they all say 5-9 and I am putting in 9-11 sizing

They have size 9 to 12 you just have to look and read

Do your feet sweat on them?

I don't remember my feet sweating, just that they were too tight around the ankles so I stopped wearing them.

Are all these socks black?

Yes, slightly sheer with a diamond pattern.
