Worst customer care services
The media could not be loaded. I have bought the product and after 1 months only the left side of the earbuds sound is not coming and right side get switch off automatically.The product is worst.I have contacted the customer care services of the seller and they have replied after 15 days and saying that inappropriate data in seller's contact.I have uploaded the video.How should I claim my warranty.I suggest everyone to don't buy this type of product from Amazon basically items from Amazon basics.Worst customer service is provided by the seller of Amazon brand products.It is developing a bad image in the minds of consumer.Please solve my problem and help me to claim my warranty.

Not working
Right one is not working suddenly n it’s been just one month since I got it how can I take benefits of its warranty period?

The most comfortable earbuds!
I have used 3 earbuds previously and I must say these are the most comfortable one among them and cost way less. I have worn them continuously for 2.5 hours, that too during my workout sessions. The eartips are very soft and have a snug fit. I couldn't have asked for more.Cons: It lacks Dolby Atmos. The connection range is not that great. Even though it has BT 5.3, the connection goes off once I step out of my room. Also, switching between 2 devices is a bit of an effort.These cons are somewhat manageable so I don't have much issues. Overall I think it's worth the money spent.

No Customer Care Help. don't even thing it is Amazon Product.
I bought this product a while back but after certain time it started giving troubles like frequent connectivity loss while in use, one piece working, one not kinda. So, decided to claim warranty; but initially Amazon accepted a return but later on denied it stating that the vendor is not accepting the return. It was told that this is not amazon product and the manufacturer needs to be contacted separately. They denied to give the customer care no of manufacturer as well saying that check the same in Warranty card which was not even provided in box at first place. You won't even find the helpline on Google ..there is no official website for Amazon Basics. Felt total helpless..!!!
