The cup I received had a flange around the bottom. Easily breakable, just like the one I am trying to replace.

We got what we wanted, not what we ordered
Perfect replacement for our hand blender. Dropped a star for accuracy; we did not get the stick featured in the product description/image, but the original more rounded shape from the original set. Works great!

Damaged
I went to unwrap the item and I saw a scratch on the base that attached to the unit. Obviously it was there before it was shipped as it was wrapped in bubble wrap and then turn around and want me to reduce the amount of trucks on the road 🤦🏼♀️ Don’t ship something defective! Since there is no other replacement piece I am forced to keep it, if I want to use my immersion part that is.. It said it was new, my thought is that it was used..

Thin plastic very breakable.
The plastic was not very thick. It cracked the first week of use.
