Good performance
No app in app store. Using hp smart. Good scanner

Persistent Scanner Jam Problem
Do not buy. The paper is getting stuck. Two times already happened. Despite being in warranty hp says warranty has lapsed. When I sent them invoice, the invoice of seller doesn't have serial number, so they are unable to help. IT is like a big circus. The scanner gives persistent problem. When the page gets stuck you have to restart the scanner, its error doesn't get removed by itself, after the paper is taken out. Don't buy. Not worth the trouble we have to face while working. Search for another scanner. This scanner is like money going in drain. Not value for money.

Don't buy this product
It is a useless product, I request people not to purchase this product. There are many flaws in this product, paper gets jammed, rollers of scanner is not available, after sale service is zero and many on... Instead opt for top loaded scanners

My model requires a PC to operate
HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1 - Setup is no brainer. But instructions to operate were vague and were for a more expensive model with a built in screen. I tried everything and couldn't get it to work. Then out of desperation I downloaded the software to my PC hoping that it would work even though that isn't what I had in mind when I bought it. PC software is very straightforward and the scanner worked. Scans are clean and crisp. Colors are a bit faded at 300 but at the highest (and slowest) setting the scans are identical to the original. I'm happy with the purchase. I just wish the instructions were written for the model that I bought.
