StoreYourBoard Garage Wall Shelf, 2x4 ft, Holds 400 lb, 6 Hooks, 2 Pack

The Heavy-Duty Garage Wall Mounted Shelves are a game-changer for anyone looking to maximize storage space in their garage or workshop. These shelves have exceeded my expectations in terms of both strength and functionality. Construction & Design: The first thing that strikes you about these shelves is their robust construction. Made from high-grade steel with a powder-coated finish, they feel incredibly sturdy and durable. The wall brackets are thick and solid, and the overall build quality is top-notch. They can easily handle heavy loads, making them perfect for storing tools, sports equipment, or even bulky storage bins. Installation: The installation process is straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions and included hardware. The shelves come with all the necessary mounting screws and anchors. A level and drill are the only tools you need, and with a little effort, you can have these shelves up and functional in no time. The installation guide is detailed, which is a big plus if you’re a DIY enthusiast. Definitely use an impact driver to speed up the process or else you'll be cranking that bolt like I did for hours lol. Performance: Once installed, these shelves perform exceptionally well. They offer a generous amount of space, and the depth is perfect for accommodating larger items without them tipping over. The load capacity is impressive, and they hold everything from heavy power tools to large storage boxes with ease. The open design allows for easy access and visibility, which is great for organizing and retrieving items quickly. Durability: After several months of heavy use, these shelves show no signs of wear or instability. The finish remains intact, and there’s been no rust or corrosion, even in my humid garage environment. The shelves have proven to be a reliable storage solution, withstanding the test of time and heavy use. Aesthetics: While functionality is the main focus, the sleek, industrial design of these shelves is also worth mentioning. They look clean and modern, adding a touch of professionalism to your garage or workspace. The black powder coating not only enhances their durability but also gives them a sharp, polished appearance.

I bought two of these shelves to help organize our gear in the garage. These don't come fully assembled but the process wasn't that difficult. I had these put together and installed pretty quickly. These are pretty heavy duty but also not super heavy. It's nice that the shelves are slatted so you can see through from underneath - closed shelves up above eye level tend to be a great place to lose things. I also really love the ability to hook things on underneath. They are rated to handle more weight than we have on them, but I just like that they helped us get a bunch of stuff up off the floor or off old, dirty shelving units.

Easy to install. Sturdy. Looks good.

It was easy to put together and and sturdy on my wall! Great value being that it’s a two pack

I got these shelves instead of another option in my list because of a lightning deal, and expected something comparable. These though blew my mind in how sturdy, practical, and easy to install. The shelves are designed so you can't mess up if you don't follow the instructions it's that easy. The hooks included already make for a lot of flexible options that I've found very useful. I'm extremely pleased with this product.

Quick/Easy to assemble and mount directly to the exposed studs in our garage. Quality-wise it all looks great and feels very sturdy. Not much else to talk about here!

The shelves are sturdy, assembled very easily, and look great. The J hooks can be locked to the shelf and still slide the length of the shelves. The shelves themselves get locked to the supports but there's nothing preventing them from sliding side to side. That's not much of an issue with any amount of weight on them but could use a solution. I have to ding them two stars for the hardware. Like several other reviewers, one of my lag bolts snapped off despite being driven into pilot holes as large as the unthreaded portion of the bolts. Do yourself a favor and buy better ones from a hardware store. I'm replacing all 16 of mine just in case (~1.50 a piece). With the cost of these shelves I fully expect better bolts. As far as the complaints about the 46.5" lengths not being conducive to mounting on joists, don't place supports at 0" and 48". That would flex the whole length of the shelf anyway. Put them into joists at 7.5" and 40.5" (two joists distance). Multiple shelves can be placed in a row with one unused joist at the 3" gap between shelves.

I don't agree with the other reviews calling this "heavy duty," which would imply over built and stronger than advertised. I can't imagine Tim the Tool Man Taylor getting excited about these. But, I also wouldn't expect to find true heavy duty for this price point, either. After installing it I loaded it up and have no doubt it will hold the weight they advertise. I was able to install this quickly without any head scratching. Power tools help- a drill for a pilot hole, and a battery powered ratchet really sped things up. My gripe is the pieces don't fit together perfectly. If you order the 2' deep shelves, the front half and back half of each shelf slides together. In 2 of the 4 I ordered I had to get pliers out and perform some light bending to get the tabs to line up (it's thin metal, not hard to bend). For garage shelving, it's fine.

Arrived on time and was made from quality materials. It's strong, stylish, and easy to install as a garage shelf. Just remember to choose the right fittings for your wall type to ensure a perfect fit.

Put them in my house for drying things around our wood fireplace

These fit great above our garage door and helped utilize what was once wasted space. They are strong, look great, and were easy to install.

Sturdy, looks great and easy to fit. Hangers are nice addition as well.

Excellent, strong, good quality
