is this product okay for seahorses

I haven't had any sea horses since age 13, several decades ago. My memory is that they ate live food, e.g. brine shrimp. If you can get them to eat this, it should sustain them.

Will this work with Beta Fish?

No, it would release way too much food for a betta. Plus this is a terrible fish feeder. It ruined my tank. Can I use this for my little baby guppy fish(there separated and in a mesh breeder) while I'm gone for 7 days?

Don't do it! These feeders are terrible. Go with the old style feeders that look like a big piece of chalk. Benefit to those, they also have water conditioners in them so they might help compensate for not doing water changes while you're away.

Does this float or sink?
