iFlora Multi Probiotic 60 Capsules

Definitely did something, I upped water intact to help and after a few days everything settled down again, I'd recommend trying this brand out. If you read reviews on the US Amazon it scores very highly which is why I tried it.

Delivery arrived quicker than I thought but regarding the product unfortunately It didn't do anything for me. I was really looking forward to it after reading great reviews but just lately I have been suffering with horrible IBS symptoms and this did not help :( I will continue to take this and hope it works as it may take time for my body to adjust to this product.

I bought this brand to replace the excellent brand i already use. It has a high amount (billions) of bacteria per capsule. It also has more different strains of bacteria than any other brand i have come across. I have read that the broader the variety of strains the better. For this reason i thought i would give it a go. I don't have any particular health issues to address but i am happy to use it as a maintenance preventative.

I am so sorry to say but these made feel really ill.I am used to probiotics but wanted to try some really good ones as my IBS has been paining me so much.Initially they sorted out the colic,it all went quiet.What these do is give really bad constipation,and a terrible,terrible headache.I nearly went bananas with the headache,My advice stay clear of these unless you have the runs and a head like a stone.

I didn't purchase this from Amazon, but I can say it is one of the best probiotic I have tried - really effective.
