I like the thought of being able to clean off the whisk to the KitchenAid, which always seems to collect lot of gradients. However, the cleaner was very difficult to get onto the whisk as you have to line up the wires, exactly, stand on its head, and hope, the wires go in the right place the first time. It took me far too long to get the cleaner on the beaters. I'm not looking forward to having to take it off and put it on again. The concept is good and well, but assembling it is very difficult. Arthritic fingers be warned it's not for you. After vendor saw my review I was contacted and they offered to send me another one as I had returned it. I thought that was very fair and agreed to try again after sending a photo of the KitchenAid I own. Not only did he send me another whisk wiper with instructions, they also sent me a brand new whisk for my KitchenAid and I discovered the original must have arrived bent and out of shape. It was fairly easy to put the whisper on the whisk they supplied and I was stunned to receive such excellent customer service and care. This is really a terrific little useful gadget that I will get a lot of use from and pleasure. I am simply overwhelmed by the quality of the service of this company that obviously cares a lot about its product. Buy it!

I had problems with the product originally but the seller not only refunded me, he sent me a new on with a whisk already attached so I could see how it is supposed to work. This time, the Whisk Wiper did not hit my bowl and I believe that my original whisk is actually slightly bent from years of use, which was also why I had such a hard time even getting the wiper on in the first place. Its not bent so badly that you would look at it and say "oh its bent" but it was enough to skew the placement of the wiper, causing the issue I had originally. The seller went above and beyond and I really appreciate this. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was excited to find this product. Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations at all it was kind of tough to put on and then when I started whisking my egg whites, it hit the sides of my bowl, breaking off pieces of the wiper and making my eggs full of bits of silicone and obviously unusable. Unfortunately I didn't get to try it right after I bought it and now the return window is now closed :( if you do decide that try it test it out right away!!

Love the idea of the product and bought it on Prime Day. The first thing I noticed after receiving this product was that it is extremely stiff and not like the impression that I get from the video they advertised. Especially the corner, it is way stiffer than the plastic lunch box I own.* Next, I lined up the Whisk Wiper (WW) over my 5qt Kitchenaid whisk, tried to slide it down, but the material was so tight and hard that I had to use some strength to open up the gap so each wire can fit right in. After each wire is in position I try to glide it down to the top of the whisk. Well, that didn’t work to say the least. It stopped about 1/3rd of the way. The length of the hole is too short for the wires to slip through. If I force the WW to glide through the whisk, and even if it works by force, it will for sure change the shape of my whisker. Didn’t want to risk damaging my whisk, I decided to give up by taking it off. Well, guess what happened?? The second I pulled it off from my whisker, one of the corners “SNAPPED.” The corner I mentioned in the beginning was so stiff that it couldn’t stand any bending. Since everything about this item has not given me a good impression so far, I decided that I might as well do one more test on what they advertised: I put the product into my mixer bowl and see if the “shaped to fit” claim is real. Well, the answer is “not really.” Is not a big deal, but once again the stiff corner makes me wonder if I do use it to scrape the bowl, I am sure the other corners will snap and break as well. Returning it **.. Hopefully they will improve the product in the near future I really like to own one that is easy to use. *Note that this product is made out of two different layers. The top is made of some stiff plastic, and the bottom is made from some flexible, silicon like, material. I almost want to say that if they completely remove the top layer part of the plastic, things might work much better. ** I noticed that people who give 4-5 stars reviews mostly bought the blue color ones. I bought the green one. There is one review with green color WW, who gave a lower star too. Not sure if the color made any difference.

When using the whisk attachment on your stand mixer, this unit can help with the clean up. Whether beating egg whites or making whipped cream or butter, this unit helps wipe the wires of the whisk when removed. This greatly reduces the effort needed to clean the whisk when done. Of course, it is key to remember to place the wiper on the whist PRIOR to beginning the whipping (ask me how I know!) I have waited a while before reviewing this item so I would have a chance to use it for many different applications. From making cake mixes, bread and pizza dough, whipping cream and using several of available power drive attachments for grinding meat, shredding cheese, squeezing lemons and more. Each of these tasks were completed wonderfully easy. The speed selections are ample to handle any task and the control dial is, in my opinion, much easier than the slider mechanism on the well known brand. I like the tip-up body that makes insertion of mixing blades easily accessible. It also allows ample space to scrape down the bowl. Inserting and removing the bowl is also a simple task, with the bowl locking into place with a simple twist. The base has suction cups that hold the unit securely in place, even when kneading heavy bread dough. I've had units that would "walk" across the countertop when making dough! I did purchase (separately) many other power drive accessories (as mentioned above). This unit was able to easily power each of them to achieve their purpose. I like that this drive mechanism is fully compatible with accessories designed for the brand name unit. At this price point, this is a great value. The unit is rugged and sturdy and meets the functionality desired in a stand mixer. 5 STARS AND I DO RECOMMEND THIS ITEM I write honest reviews based on real life experience with each item to help others make informed purchases. I could not get this on my KitchenAid whisk attachment; So I am sending it back. No instructions on how to apply to attachment. I am not sure if there are 2 different Whisk wipers or its one size fits all. I could not get it on therefore I am sending back. It did come well packaged and looked like the advertised photo.

Wonderful product!! Easy to use and clean fast and Wonderful Customer Service. When i say wonderful customer service, I really mean it! 1st received - does not fit. Sent a message and this wonderful person Mathew responded right away. Explain to him and then he said i order the wrong one. immedately, he mail me replacement. Received and i must had been heavy handed, tore the side. sent another email and you guess it!! Mathew sent me another one. this type of service are one of the few!! This also tell you how much they believe in their products!! Much appreciated!! Thank you

This is actually an awesome stand mixer accessory to have, I love it and works well for me each time I making my butter cream for my cakes. I highly recommend it.

I saw this recommended by a baker and thought 'what a great idea'. So I purchased one for myself, and 2 more for my daughter and daughter-in-law. I bought myself the clear one and the girls each a red one to match their Kitchen Aid mixers. When I got it, I immediately tried to fit it to my Kitchen Aid whisk attachment. Right away it wouldn't go on easily at all. I had to manipulate the wires on the whisk attachment and try several times, practically having an anxiety/frustration attack. After mant attempts, I finally fit it on there, and I heard it crack. Along the edge of the plastic or silicone, it cracked in two different places. I have requested a replacement and hoping for the best for the three of us. I hadn't read the other reviews before ordering, and maybe should have, I couldnt imagine there being any issues, based on the video recommendation I viewed it looked like it came off her whisk so easily. Now I am left to wonder if I should just return all of them so I'm not out $60.

Efficace et solide

Not much to say other than it is extremely hard to get on and off the whisk and often doesn't clean the whisk properly either. Not to mention it doesn't fit my whisk very well at all. Total waste, don't make the same mistake I did.
