It installed easily on the bathroom door and fits with our other polished chrome fixtures.

Product came late and the return (from same supplier) would cost $7. What happen to the free return service. I'd have to drive 30 miles to drop off to a UPS "Store" to get the "free" return. Thanks to taking care of your rural comrades.

looks nice , easy to instal

It looks nice, and somewhat ok to install, except the towel ring was defective, and no matter what I tried, it just wan't secure in place. So, since I ordered the 4-piece set, I cant return just one part. Had to order just a ring towel holder.If everything would work as it should, I would give it 5 stars. I would reccomend to order every part cearate in case one is defective, then it'll be easy to exchange.

Productis durable and nicely designed

2 because Amazon is easy with returns, which I will do via Kohls. The part that holds the ring was crooked/bent and possibly the ring was also bent. The white area doesn’t seem like ceramic. It seems like painted metal or plastic. Regardless, it seems stocks are low of these items & I will buy a replacement.

We were redecorating a bathroom. This set was perfect. The only issue for us was the toilet paper holder. This would not be an issue for others - perhaps- but in our case the center placement of the knob versus having right and left (traditional) knobs - would have have messed up our paint job. I converted the toilet paper holder to another towel ring. Perfect! Love this set. Matches our porcelain chrome faucet fixtures.Thanks!!
