My 6’ thin teenage boy pinned this to a black shirt to wear for Halloween. It was fantastic! His twin brothers were Thing 1 &2.They won the costume contest. He’ll keep for future years. It is appropriate for any adult. (Or teenager… it would be too big for the average 7-8 year old).

This is a fun Cat in the Hat costume! It’s a decent quality. It was easy to attach the accessories. The hat stood up fairly well which surprised me as it’s just a felt material. My son liked the paw gloves. He wore this for Halloween and can’t wait to wear it again to school for Dr. Seuss day.

This is the best deal on Amazon. The quality is good. The hat and gloves are large for a petite woman, but that can be remedied. The Velcro on the bow is small but holds well. It is uncomfortable against your neck, but again, that can be fixed. Ultimately I would give this a 4.5 rating based on those concerns. Better too big than too small.
