SHOMICO Womens Shoulder Bag Hobo Purse Crossbody Oversized Fringe Bags for Ladies

I really had high hope's for this bag. It is deceiving in size. In the photo, it is exactly half the size of a standard pillow. It's not huge, but the way it's constructed or something makes it very hard to find things in it. Everything in my bag always seems to be on the verge of falling out. I have to hold the sides, open, lift & shake it so my bag contents settle back in the bag.It's made well, & the tassels are cute, but it's a mess with contents inside it.I wouldn't recommend this bag.

**UPDATE UPDATE*** Sooo... Almost a year later, I got an email from Nancy at Shomico saying she was going over the past year and realized that my situation was handled badly. According to Nancy, the pandemic wiped out most of their staff, and the new person who answered my complaint should have done better. I totally get it, it's been a weird year. So not only did Nancy refund my cost for the defective bag, SHE SENT ME A BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT!! I did not expect that at all, and I can't be happier or more impressed. They are awesome, she didn't have to do any of that, but she did.* Update.. Emailed seller, took over a month to hear back. Basicly told "Too bad".* 09/18/20... I still love this bag BUT the strap is coming apart on both ends. I've only been using to for a couple of months. The material used isn't very sturdy there, which is odd as the rest of it is so well made. I'm also having a hard time contacting the seller..I love this bag. LOVE. It's so much better than I expected! It was a total impulse purchase, I'd been looking for a brown bag for summer for the longest time. Reading reviews, comparing every detail and over thinking. I saw this one, reviews were good, I was sick of looking and pulled that trigger. It's kind of an olive/khaki with the fringe. I was skeptical about that, as cheap fringe tends to be stiff and like plastic... Not this fringe! This whole bag is high quality, as close to leather as I'd ever felt. You'd never know the difference if you didn't KNOW. The size is big enough for me, I like a bigger bag. It's not super slouchy, as it's thick but not super structured, but is still flexible. I think it may soften over time. The short handle is still long enough to fit very comfortably sit on my shoulder and hang to the right spot. I am 5'10 and this is a big deal for me. For real, get the bag. It's a quality bag at a really decent price.

Really nice handbag, seems well made - very pretty, I've gotten several compliments on it thus far. It's a larger hobo bag so unless you like bigger purses, it may be too large for your taste. It came with a detachable shoulder strap but I prefer it without it and just use the handle built onto the bag. I love the tassels and they seem strong and well attached. It included a smaller leather pouch that has a "leash" keeping it secured to the purse, you can take it out easily as well, it has a little clip so it's easy to remove it from the bag to use as a wallet or makeup bag and clip it to the leash so it will stay safe and secured inside the purse.The purse has a nice natural color and the leather seems to be nice and strong but time will tell and if it scratches up easily or becomes torn easily - I will update my review. It came with what looks like a little leather patch of sorts? It's a little blue square of fabric and I'm not 100% but I think it's for patching...As for now I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large leather hobo purse.If it becomes scratched or torn - easily- I will update. As with all leather , it will scratch but it should be fairly tough depending on the quality of the leather... with this being such a reasonably priced leather bag question the actual leather quality, I will keep that in mind while carrying it and try to prevent it from becoming damaged and also keep that in mind of I need to update my review.Also in my picture I have a bunny keychain attached - the handbag does not include the bunny...

This was a gift for my daughter who has been looking for over a year for a bag like this. We finally found one. The size is perfect and she loves the color. The matching smaller bag is an added bonus.

I was on the fence about this product as I don’t usually buy bags on amazon due to iffy quality. This bag is super surprising and actually very well built! The handy little pouch clasps onto the purse making it really nice to put frequently used items in a easy find when searching through your purse. The bag feels soft and smooth and the tassels aren’t hard and awkward like on similar cheaply made bags. Looks authentic enough. I really appreciate the tri-tone of the leather as well which makes the purse go with pretty much any outfit you wear. The colors are olive, medium tan and medium brown just for reference.

It's thin.The small bag inside that is removable is stiff junk & doesn't look or feel like the purse material.The fringe looks nice, but when gently patted with protector, which is ESSENTIAL for this purse, the cut sides (no "leather" covering them) flake off.My mom kinda liked it, so she's going to keep it even though I strongly suggested she return.I do not think this is any kind of real leather.Certainly not for daily use.It is HUGE, which is what I wanted so there is that. I gave 2 stars for "sturdy' because at least the stitching is tight.

I bought this purse, because it was perfect for me. I would have given this purse 5 stars, BUT two days after owning it, my purse started eating my stuff. I thought I lost my engagement ring, due to a hole being in the pocket, which makes everything go down in the bottom of the purse and you can’t find it. If you can sew the pocket, it’s a beautiful purse. It’s big. It’s bohemian. The fringe is handmade, but for 40$ for the zipper pocket to have a hole two days later is ridiculous . The color is beautiful. It’s a wonderful purse, but the zipper and the hole 2 days after is a nono. Like I said, if you can sew, no biggie. The purse is big, beautiful. And roomy. Just think twice before buying it is all I’m saying.

I absolutely love this bag. It is a great quality for the price. I thought that it would be huge, but it is a nice sized purse especially when it hangs on your shoulder it isn't 'boxy'. So glad I got it!

Best bag I have purchased in a long time and I have many! Nice looking, roomy, good quality. I was expecting a really bad ordor as I read some comments, really not bad at all.
