Liked it, if you don't mind it altering your tone and must be on.
I liked how it colored my tone. Sounded pretty cool. What I didn't like was when I turned it off and then I couldn't hear my guitar at all through my amp. I don't remember reading that it had to be on at all times, but because that is how it worked out, I ended up returning it. But if that is not a problem because you have some type of workaround, then go for it.I also really liked how on their website, they had video demonstrations with the tone controls explicitly shown. If you need some suggestions on how to use it, their website is a good place to go.

I love the tone!
Great pedal. I love the blues tone I can get from it. That with its fair price makes it hard to compete with. I like to daisy chain it to an equalizer pedal for ultimate control. The pedal is high quality. It is metal and heavy.... heavy metal if you will, not like that cheap plastic that a lot of pedals are being made out of now-a-days. You don't have to be afraid about stomping on it in the heat of the moment and breaking it. The battery lasts fairly long and the battery life/on indicator light works well.I would recommend this product.

Plays Well With Others
Cool little toy. My rig for where it goes is Crybaby, Soul Preacher compressor then this fella followed by a DS 1. Plays great. Especially if you give it just a crunch and add the compressor, got yourself a recipe for chops served mellow. It drives well too by itself. Also add it to your distortion pedal. Of course you gotta play around with both pedal settings, but once you hit them sweet spots it becomes more social with its neighbors.

Makes a nice addition to the pedal board as a boost
Makes a nice addition to the pedal board as a boost. Slightly noisy, but works well with a noise suppressor. Received in a timely manner. No hassles. Thanks

Blues pedal
Excellent pedal for the money. Nice job by digitech once again. Fares well against more popular brands that are a littl pricier.

Screamin Blues Pedal
This is a fine pedal - not amazing - but will be OK I think... Keep in mind though I am not done collecting my pedal config yet at this time...

I use the Heck out of this.
Great pedal! I have used this for years, and it has really good sound with my studio amp/ LesPaul. Buy the ac adapter though, it'll save you some headaches when the 9v battery dies :PWould buy again!

Very nice overdrive , not a metal pedal at all but it doesnt claim to be. It's one of those things where you should check it out first. But it seems well made and it is quite useful

Perfect tone
I wanted to get a more or less clean sound but with a little bit of distortion when I wanted it and the sustain for proper soloing. My amp, as soon as you nudged the overdrive dial away from 0 at all was instantly way too much for anything by Brad Paisley. This gave me exactly the sound I wanted, the almost clean sound most of the time, but very responsive to playing harder. I had a play around and also managed to get AC/DC esque sounds and tones well suited to nirvana or metallica and black sabbath. If you play heavy metal there are better pedals for you but if like me you occasionally dabble in heavier stuff this does have the ability to allow you to entertain yourself until you settle back down and dial back the distortion. A great feature of this is the PA/mixer output. This is a separate output to the output to the amp, and I often plug a pair of headphones into this for quieter practice and when I can't be bothered to move my amp around the house

Great Sounding Pedal In A Sturdy Stomp Box
I almost bought this 3 times through Ebay for about £30 and missed out each time but then saw it on Amazon for the knock down price of £37 (incl P&P) so decided to puhs the boat out and buy new. I have about 10 different distortion/overdrive pedals from Vox Satchurator, Zakk Wylde Overdrive, Bad Monkey, DS1 and Marshall Guvnor and Jackhammer pedals so have a wide array to use as a comparison. Whilst the pedal is not suitable for full steam ahead hard rock/metal it is perfect for a raunchy classic rock tone. Played with a Fender Strat it really brings out the single coil tones perfectly. Run it with humbuckers and you have an almost ZZ Top tone. Run it in tandem with the Bad Monkey or the Guvnor and you end up with a wild beast of a tone that is fantastic for screaming leads. A brand new pedal for £37 with a wide range of sounds and tones is one that really can't be overlooked.

Great OD for Blues/Rock at a decent price!
I'm no stranger to guitar pedals, having owned a fair few over the years, including some of the "big names". For the price, I honestly can't praise this little pedal enough - I picked it up as a low cost backup, thinking I could just sell it later if I wasn't happy but it's really become a keeper and a mainstay on my pedal board. Obviously it's natural territory is a sweet blues sound (think Rory Gallagher, John Mayer) but i've actually been getting some fantastic dirty rock tones from it, and it does have the capacity to get surprisingly heavy (Queens of the Stone Age and Raconteurs sounds). A few comments have compared this to the Boss Blues Driver (which is about three times the price), and i'm inclined to agree - it really is a very similar sound but the added high/low control helps even out some of those unruly mids and smooth out the low end. This is a pedal that benefits a lot from a nice low watt tube amp, so i'm not sure if these tones would sound quite so natural with a solid state. The solid metal construction is pretty much indestructible and i'd have no worries at all bringing this pedal along to shows and stompin' the hell out of it. The LED is also nice and bright and the drive contour is nice and even (a problem with low cost pedals can be that drive increases quickly up to a point then tails off). All in all, whether you're a beginner looking for a nice rock/blues sound or a hard-gigging pro, I'd certainly suggest picking one of these up, especially at the low price Amazon currently has for this.(Mostly tested with Fender Telecaster 72 thinline (humbuckers) and an Epiphone Valve Jr)

If you DON'T buy this, you're nuts!
I've bought this as a Christmas present for someone, but as a guitar player myself, naturally, I thought I'd try it out. I'm a sucker for overdrive pedals and have a Boss Blues Driver which this pedal emulates. For a bit of Blues drive, gain and grit, the Boss is better, although the Screamin Blues is impressive. But solely for overdrive, I think I prefer this. This is one vicious little so and so. It really bar's and snarls. Crank all four dials right the way up and you can't half pull of the kind of Moody fuzzy distortion you get from the Jesus and Mary Chain, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club etc. All for a smidgen over £20! For a pedal this good, that's an insane price. It's going to be a sad, sad day when I hand this over. I'm probably going to have to buy one for myself aren't I?

Well worth the money great pedal and great price
Well product arrived in good time and is a solid metal case design. At under £20 this is a "no brainer " when considering a purchase. Full range of tones possible and works well with USA Fender Strat single coil pups and perhaps IMO better with PRS custom with humbucker pups which i also used. This was routed through a Marshall 100 watt tube power amp. Using one channel of 50 watts for home use allowed reduced volume whilst maintaining the "sweet spot". You will need to try the settings but its all there and for quite a bit less money than competitors. Really great overdrive with good sustain and can be pushed into the distortion area depending on the rig set up overall. Its a keeper.
