This is a great product, especially when two or more people are traveling together. My companion and I both needed to charge our cell phones every night. I also had a camera, Kindle, and laptop that needed charging from time to time. My companion has some high-tech equipment for monitoring diabetes that needs charging every few days. We never had to discuss taking turns or prioritizing needs because we had both USB and plug options. I also like the carrying case. It keeps everything together while not taking up much more space than my old converter/adaptor that took only one device at a time. Worked perfectly in France and Italy.

This was a life saver for me when I studied abroad. I went with a bunch of people and the hotels and hostels abroad do not have as many outlets as we do in the US, so this was awesome to have when everyone wanted to charge their phones and cameras. It also converts voltage which is super important in foreign countries. The different plugs work almost anywhere. I like that there are three plug options and 4 usb ports. I honestly use it in my home in the US because it's just so handy.

It’s a very good voltage converter for traveling to different places. Just brought it to Australia with me, and it works very well. You can even use it at home as an outlet extension or to charge USB devices. The only down side is that the outlet plug is round, but is USA use flat plug head. So I need to use an adapter all the time, but it’s not a big problem.

I took this to the Philippines for use during my 12-day vacation in the last 2 weeks of March. It worked only 2 times. On the 3rd time, it stopped working completely. I was going to return it when I got back to the USA but, by the time I got around to doing so, the window for return had already closed. I'm utterly disappointed.

I travel a lot, including workon foreign flagged vessels. There could be one standard plug (US) in your living quarters, if you're lucky. This kit is perfect. Extra adapters, and a really long cord for the unit. That matters a lot too. The case that holds everything is nice and keeps it all together for travel. If you travel overseas or on foreign flagged vessels, this is a must have.

This product comes close to being awesome BUT I'm not a fan of how tight the USB ports are. In order to remove the USB plug, I have to make sure I have a really good grip with one hand, then hold the converter with the other and pull as hard as I can. Also, if there's anything plugged into the middle two slots, I have to remove the USB ends that are plugged into the outer ones so I can get a good enough grip to remove the inner ones. Kind of a a pain, but typically when I'm traveling I'm going to leave all my cables connected in the hotel room anyway. A child would definitely not be able to remove them. My biggest concern is how much force I have to use to remove them. I'm worried this will ruin my cables and the actual converter ports too. I'm debating right now, but I think I will return it.

I travel all over the world and this is great to have. It gives me three standard plugs and four usb sockets. Wonderful tool when traveling.

Used this in Paris, Amsterdam, and London. Worked everywhere. It kept my electronics safe and every plug option we ran into came in the case. If you are right on space, just jettison the fancy carrying case, this fit in our carton luggage for a 12 day trip through Europe
