Fun, cheery and well made!
My husband is a chef, and we used to have another resin chef statue that "fell off the shelf" and broke a few years ago. I've been looking for a replacement chef, but none had the right "look" until Giuseppe showed up! (Hubs named him that.) I chose to touch up the black squares on his apron with black paint because I had the paint out for another project and I'm very detail oriented, even though Hubs thought the apron was just fine. I also repainted the chalkboard with chalk paint for a better writing surface (paint was also out for another project!) I do wish a half stick of chalk was included, but luckily had the one that Chef is holding.These are the reasons for 4 stars, but we Adore this cheery chef!!! He's even better than our old Chef Bill!!!!
