Excellent frame, very good service by the supplier too (I had an issue with broken glass that was resolved very quickly at their expense).The only downside is that standard size 6x4, 7x5 or 10x8 photos are too big - so you have to trim them very carefully to get them to fit, which can lead to loss of some of the content.The solution is to resize them in Photoshop / PSP or similar with a suitable margin for trimming, then resubmit to photobox (or whoever) for reprinting and then try again. Probably easier if you can print your own photos at home.But all in all, a very well presented frame.

When the frame arrived one piece of glass was smashed, rather than complain I thought I would just buy a 5x7 frame and use the glass. No 5x7 frame fits. After printing pictures in 6x4 and 5x7 they don't fit!! So sizes are completely out. Two of the frame holders on the back have just snapped off! Frame is very flimsy and not worth the £40 I paid.

This frame is nice, the quality is not the best. When holding it appears to be fragile. But if you are careful it will be nice to have all family framed in the wall.

Looks cheap and very light

The frame is attractive and made of wood which was important for me. However, having ordered 2 frames on different occasions, both arrived with one panel of glass broken. I replaced these at my expense which was not huge but necessitated 4 round trips of 32 miles each, so very inconvenient. I still love the frames, but would suggest they be much better packed for delivery. It is difficult as they have so many different edges sticking out. I would rate this 5 stars but for the broken glass. I understand this is a common problem, so you have to either accept this might be the case and replace the glass or return the item, or order something else. I would buy again, but would hope that packing was improved.

Well made and very attractive. Lightweight but sturdy

Beautiful multi frame for different sized photos. Like the way the frames sit on each other so it’s not completely flat against the wall, arrived quickly and price was good. Really pleased and everyone comments on it.
