Does this pen break laminated glass

Yes this will break laminated windshield/side window glass. However the plastic sheet inside the glass will still be intact so you will still need a windshield saw. This tool would be best used to give you a "purchase point" on windows of this type.

Does it break regular glass windows

If by "regular glass" you mean untempered glass, then yes, of course it will. Ordinary glass is easily broken by almost anything. However, you will get some very large and sharp shards by breaking ordinary glass. Breaking tempered glass results in a pile of what looks like pebbles with sharp edges. Practically harmless, all said and done.

Is this a pen or can it be added to keys?

It isn't a pen and comes with a keyring. I actually need to reorder one since I lost the keys I had it attached to.
