Great product!
Ive been taking this product for only two weeks, and I will take it forever. My energy has increased, and my moods have been great. I started taking because I'm insulin resistant. I have no clue where my numbers are, it will be a couple of more months before it's time to do labs again. I would give it 100 stars if possible. Funny thing is... every where I look says you wont see optimal results for 3 months. If I feel this great now, I can't wait to see what I will feel like in 3 months.

Doesn't seem to work like another brand I use
I got these because I was traveling and they are in capsule form, so easier to take with me. I usually use another brand in loose powder form. These seemed to not be as effective as the loose powder for some reason.

Have used this the past few years and thought man, I really do love the pill version of this, it’s so easy. But recently I switched to a powdered form from another well-known brand and I have to say I feel regulated faster. This is a great brand and a little cheaper but I feel this other brand does a better job.
