Loved everything about it

This would have been perfect but the medium wedge pillow doesn’t inflate all the way. I got a replacement one and it did the same thing. Velcro isn’t very strong so if you move much it comes undone. There isn’t a pillow case unless you count the itchy cover that’s covering the foam. Which can be removed but looks like a mattress protector. So not the best looking or feeling. I’ve emailed the company and yet to have a response from them. There’s another pillow wedge system that looks exactly the same but branded different and considerably cheaper than this. Which is sketchy.

Great product

One of the three pieces has not inflated after a week. I cannot get assistance from Amazon. The name of the company listed on Amazon is Simple Dad, but there is no such company to be found on Google!I do not want to return the good part, only want the defunct one replaced!

Got me away from side sleeping

It has been 72 hours now and it still has not expanded. I don't understand why not when i live in Tx and my room is the hottest room in the house. I am giving it till Christmas and after that if no change I will be returning it.

I don't really have any back or leg issues but I was looking for something to use while I sit in bad and read. If you're like me, that would be a combination of about 4 or 5 pillows that I'm constantly adjusting to keep comfortable. So to help solve this issue I picked up this wedge pillow.The pillow comes vacuum packed and when you take it out it expands to its full size. It comes in three pieces: Lower wedge, upper support and head support pillow. The pieces are secured together by Velcro straps that you use when changing support positions. You also get a instruction card that shows you the about 15 different ways to set it up based on your needs. Upon opening, there is the usual memory foam odor you get from these things but that dissipates in about a day. Its not a big deal to me.You also get a nice storage bag with it. I read a review where they tried to use the bag as a pillow case - it's NOT a pillow case. It's a storage bag to protect it from dust and dirt when you're not using it.The pillow itself is comfortable enough and upon first use I was immediately satisfied that this was going to solve my problem when reading. I'm still experimenting with the different positions but with the couple of days I've used it so far I'm confident this will meet my needs.As far as longevity and durability is concerned, I can't speak to that right now since I haven't had it for very long but I see no reason why it wouldn't last. If anything changes in the future I will certainly update my review here but so far, so good!

Velcro straps hold the parts together while you switch up the support locations. A lovely storage bag is also included. I saw a review where the user attempted to use the bag—which is not what it is—as a pillowcase. When not in use, it is stored in this bag to keep dust and debris out of it.
