Not even close to the real thing. Smells gross and has a terrible lumpy greasy texture. Don’t waste your money just go buy the real one.

Really nice smell

OK I want my entire house to smell like this cream. It's a nutty vanilla fragrance but NOT sickeningly sweet, like certain candles. It just smells like someone is baking cookies.The cream is quite nice, not greasy, absorbs well without residue, and has a thick texture similar to pudding. Sometimes with tightening creams, I can notice some short term effects but not with this one. It seems to be a long term use product. I am trying it out on a certain problem area to hopefully notice improvement over time.However, the jar is small and fits in the palm of my hand. This won't last very long, perhaps not long enough to properly test it out. I will probably wind up using it as a cream for travel or otherwise to keep on hand when space is limited. Or I just want to smell something nice. Really, the fragrance is a treat!

I ordered both the Vanilla Pistachio and the Caramelized Coconut. The Vanilla Pistachio smells sooooo delightful, but the Caramelized Coconut left me disappointed - it smelled like coconut wax. However, both scents left my skin feeling so soft and smooth. I haven't used them long enough to see any rejuvenating or repairing effects, but I can certainly attest that my skin feels softer and more hydrated after just a few uses. I have not used the "name brand" that these are very similar to, but I can say that these $10 creams are fantastic!

So first off I will say that I did deduct one star because this product looks almost exactly like a very well-known product sold at high-end beauty stores, but it is not. It is so similar in packaging that I actually thought it was when I bought it, even though it was a fraction of the price. I was initially very annoyed and even took pictures of the real product next to this one to show the similarities in packaging. I couldn’t wait to get into the cream and do a side-by-side comparison to show how superior the more expensive product is, but I was completely shocked that I had a really hard time telling the difference between them. I put both on my skin and the consistency was very similar and the scent as well. I was super impressed and I would definitely buy this cream for myself in the future as I really see no negatives to it other than the fact that it is a bit confusing at first glance that most people would assume it was the expensive product.

I thought I was buying Sol de Janeiro. Ugh!
