If using in a tomato sauce do one part sugar to two parts vinegar. Sugar/vinegar together good.
I’ve been using raspberry vinegar for years in my sauces and there’s raspberry vinegar and raspberry vinegar. This one is a good one. I’ve bought it before and love it.

Raspberry Vinegar
Love this stuff! Perfect for Slimming World chicken stir fry dishes. Have used this before but for some reason you only seem to be able to purchase this in Yorkshire or online.
