The corner posts are 60mm thick, children's beds are normally only 40mm thick. This makes for a sturdy bed frame.

I have a wooden floor, will this bed be OK?

Wooden floors cause any furniture, including beds to move. For this reason we recommend fixing non slip pads under each corner post, this prevents movement.
