Get one or two more bars, but traffic through the cell station is what limits the throughput. A busy station can only be reached during the wee hour or holiday.

In conjunction with my mobile router and pantech UML290 USB modem this product rocks. Helps deliver a clear signal so I can get the most out of my mobile internet. The powerful magnet on the bottom of the antenna is really powerful as well so you can plant it securely on just about any metal surface.

Very good but bad antenna jack
I live 20 miles from town so I get very slow service and multiple signal drops when using the internet. This antenna gets me onto 3G (sometimes 4G) and cut my signal drops by 90%. Love it but the only bad thing is where the antenna plugs into my router. The jack seems much too fragile - I plugged it in and taped it.

Good product for the price.
This antenna definitely boosted signal. I used it working in the oil patch in west Texas and SE New Mexico and it provided 4g service in most areas that normally was not achievable.

Excellent!
AntennaGear shipped faster than the estimates from Amazon. (News! A company that does BETTER than expected!) After the antenna was connected according to instructions, we saw an immediate and large increase in bandwidth both down and up. Really great solution!

I would be up the creek without this antenna!
I have been in some areas with ZERO signal without this antenna plugged in... Perfectly good signal with it plugged in. This product does exactly what it's designed to do. I (and my broadband signal) would be totally lost without it.
