This needs to be used with ultra sound gel to work, but it definitely works. There higher levels are intense, but if not used with gel you won't be able to feel anything. Consistency is the key.

I have used it for over 2 weeks and I notice no difference. Either I received a defective product or it just does not work. There is no difference between the lowest and highest setting. I do not recommend. Do not waste your money.
