itchy and irritating- see photos
What is not shown in the photos and is not mentioned in the description is that on the inside of this neck guard there are 5 pages of crinkly tags. It is so outrageously PowerTek V3.0 TEK Ice Hockey Neck Throat Guard Collar BNQ Certified Youth Black that neither of my kids (4 and 7 yrs old) will keep it on. It lasts about 10 seconds. I cut these off but unless I rip the seams apart the pages cannot be completely removed. The consumer should not have to rip a product apart hoping it will function as described. Take a look at the photos- does that look comfortable to you?
