Good
Used it twice now and pleased both times if I had a problem it was not with the product but unfortunately my ability to tip the pan due to my disability, arthritis.

great induction wok
I have been looking for a decent wok to use on my induction hob. I already had a set of ProCook Professional pans and had tried a Tefal induction wok, which proved a bit gutless in terms of transmitting heat. This sauteuse pan takes a while to warm up but provides a stable base and is not too heavy. This is important when you attempt to flip food around in the pan - do not overfill with food. I was a bit concerned about the non stick coating as I tend to stir fry at high temperatures. However the non stick coating has been superb. But I still do not use metal implements with it or put it in the dishwasher, even though it is supposed to be up to this sort of treatment. This is one of my most used pans, handling everything from stir fries to pasta sauces to chilli con carne. The only downside might be that once hot, it stays hot for a while, because of the induction base.

My best pan
I have some amazing pans, which I bought 30 years ago, that are of a quality that is rare to find these days. But this ProCook 'Sauteuse' pan is my favourite. Despite one other review criticising the non stick coating, mine shows no sign of deterioration after 2 years of heavy us and exposure to very high temperatures on my induction hob.UPDATE: it's now nearly three years since I bought this pan, and the non-stick coating is beginning to wear away at the rim. I may buy another one because, given how much I use it, I still think this product is excellent value for money.

Great value so far.
Been using regularly for a couple of months on my induction hob for everything except deep frying and its still looks and performs like new. You can pay more for nothing more and less for much less. Not great faith in nonstick over the years and generally don't expect much but this pan could well change my mind.

Great pan!
Really great pan, perfect for stir fries and also starting off stews etc. I have even put it in the oven to brown off things afterwards, and it had no problems at all with that. It's only been a few weeks so I can't speak for its longevity but it seems really sturdy, solidly built. Cleans very easily too - the interior surface is fab.

I LOVE this pan
I LOVE this pan. It is my favourite of my ProCook pans (so far)! I do stir-fries, chilli, bolognese, mince and onions - all sorts of dishes. It then just goes in the dishwasher no problem. It is the most versatile pan I have had.
