Eric Clapton's Play Along Guitar Tutorial Volume 24
I suffer from multiple sclerosis and have limited use of my hands. None the less, I find my emotions and memories from my childhood and youth - my guitar playing days -- kick in and make the struggle to regain lost skills more enjoyable. My playing abilities, as time, age, and disease progress will be what they will be; however, for me, following the score and/or tablature, chords, and strumming instructions while listening to the music feels like a mind body exercise in dealing constructively with depression due to multiple sclerosis. I do not know if Mr. Clapton, Hal Leonard, Inc., and others who designed and made these tutorials possible had this benefit in mind. I thought you would like to know. Thank you.Best wishes,Navzer D. Fantastic!
This is an excellent product! The jam tracks on the CD are excellent quality - it's like having your own band to jam along with! I had previously purchased the Hal Leonard - Eric Clapton Signature Licks DVDs done by Doug Boduch and really enjoyed them. I was pleased to see the Play-Along volumes 24 and 41 jam tracks were also done by Doug Boduch. They are both excellent and I would highly recommend them. They accompany the DVDs perfectly. I would like to see more Guitar Play-Along volumes produced by Hal Leonard with Doug Boduch - they are terrific.

"White Room" tab is missing a section
I love this book. I would probably love it even more if the whole first solo from "White Room" wasn't missing. Strangely, the song demo on the CD is complete, but the printed tab doesn't match. Very odd. Anyway, I really love the songs chosen and the careful arrangements. I never even thought of playing "Change the World" until I got this book but it's a wonderful song to play on acoustic or clean electric. "Key to the Highway" is there in all its 13 pages of glory -- very nice.

If you're looking for accurate Tabs and excellent backing tracks
If you're looking for accurate Tabs and excellent backing tracks, this is it. Use the slow-down software included and learn slow at first, playing along with the backing tracks. Gradually increase your speed until you reach full tempo. I've bought several of these Hal Leonard Play-along series and It's a real blast being able to play your favorite songs.
