We are using this product since 1.5 years and we have not faced any issues.

Very Good equipment and working very good condition from last one year

Initially for two times it worked fine as expected. But the last time, when I unloaded the items (mushroom grow bags) I found at the bottom one spring like metal string is out and visible which is still attached with the heating rod. Now the autoclave is not heating. After two days I could contact the oem. They have already despatched a new coil. May be it should work. Thanks oem team Though there are soe initial issues regarding delivry of the replacble item, later on the oem team acted sincerely and it got solved. During these number of events, at least in my case, what I realised that the oem team act fast but only when you have updated this response with a very poor rating. But whenever I tried to communicate them after degrading the rating then only rings moved fast.

Good product... Efficient... Only drawback is it has a short power cord...

Product delivered with good packaging and in good condition after very long shipping delays. Only after two usage the heating element was broken. Disappointed with the product quality. I have to contact the manufacturer and asked him to replace it. After long delay and multiple phone calls he shipped it. I still didn’t receive it. I will update once I receive the replacement

I have bought this autoclave because it can accommodate my 11”x18” drum comfortably. It is portable and doesn’t occupy much space . I have already checked its autoclaving quality by using indicators. I am happy with its quality and customer care response too.
